- Monitoring and evaluation of the projects, their outcomes; review of all project documentation; Project Risk Analysis; identifying strengthens and weakness of the implementation and lessons learned, improving of programming and identification of future action; providing recommendations for sustainability
- Exploitation Strategy Seminar; Business Plan development; (Ad hoc) assistance and presentations
- Business Process Automation and Entity Management
