- The overall objective of the assignment is to contribute to capacity building of the CSOs in the Western Balkans and Turkey (WBT) and to provide support to the CSOs in WBT in the development and delivery of e-learning capacity building programmes.
- Results: (1.) Increased understanding of the CSOs in the WBT incl. all the steps and elements they need to undertake in adapting certain training content to the elearning or blended learning context
- (2.) Increased critical thinking of CSOs in the WBT on advantages and disadvantages of applying e-learning and blended learning approaches to the trainings and capacity building programmes to the organisations
- (3.) Gained knowledge on how to adapt the open source MOODLE in order to carry out the training with the e-learning and/or blended learning components
Expected output: The guide “Development and delivery of training with the e-learning components” will provide support to the CSOs in the WBT in the development and delivery of elearning capacity building programmes.
